ADD a PICTURE to YOUR PROFILE
To add a picture to your profile, do the following:
1. Be sure there a photo saved to your computer.
2. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of this page.
3. Scroll down to PROFILE PICTURE
4. UPLOAD your favorite image
5. Click on SAVE.
From now on, your image will appear in the discussion board whenever you participate.
INTRODUCTION
It's important that even in a virtual environment, class members feel a sense of community. The first discussion board is an opportunity to do this. For example, have them...
- write a short educational autobiography
- choose a quote that speaks to the person & why (begin by giving one of your own)
- locate an image in clipart that best speaks to who the person is as an educator
